How do I book a outdoor learning session?

Drop us an enquiry via our contact form on our website with your preferred classes and slots!

How long is each session?

Each session is between 1 – 1.5 hours, depending on which class you have booked

How do you structure the various training exposures as explained in your holistic approach?

We focus on a 12-weeks progressive training schedule for each  exposure category. For example, Flex Fitness will run for 12 weeks before we switch to Fun on Wheels for the next 12 weeks and so on.

What happens if it rains?

We have alternative locations to continue the session in the event of wet weather.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

For some activities, yes, you will need to purchase or bring your own equipment. Having your own equipment promotes good responsibility, hygiene, familiarity and the opportunity to practice during your free time. We also have limited equipment for rental, do inform us in advance if you require them. Rental charges may apply. 

What are the Covid-19 regulations?

We follow the advisory given by SportsSG closely and adhere to the necessary safe distancing measures and group size limits at any point in time.

How do I make payment?
What payment methods do you accept?

Payment for sessions will be done through bank transfer. We also accept PayNow for certain transactions.
